Where Do I Receive My Key?

Account Dashboard: Log in to your CheapGameKeys.gg account and visit the Orders page to view all your purchased keys at any time.

Activation Guides
Steam
- 1.Open the Steam client and log in to your account
- 2.Click 'Games' in the top menu, then 'Activate a Product on Steam'
- 3.Click 'Next' and accept the Steam Subscriber Agreement
- 4.Enter your game key in the text field and click 'Next'
- 5.The game will be added to your library - click 'Finish'
Xbox
- 1.On your Xbox console: Go to Microsoft Store > Use a code
- 2.Or on PC: Open the Xbox app and click your profile picture > Settings > Redeem
- 3.Enter the 25-character code exactly as shown
- 4.Click 'Next' to confirm - the game will begin downloading
PlayStation
- 1.On PS5: Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Payment and Subscriptions > Redeem Codes
- 2.On PS4: Go to PlayStation Store > scroll to bottom > Redeem Codes
- 3.Or use the PlayStation App on your phone
- 4.Enter the code and select 'Redeem'
- 5.The game will be added to your library for download
Nintendo
- 1.On Switch: Go to Nintendo eShop from the Home menu
- 2.Select your user profile, then scroll left and select 'Enter Code'
- 3.Or redeem online at the Nintendo website
- 4.Enter the 16-character download code
- 5.Select 'OK' - the game will begin downloading to your console
Refund Policy
Eligible for Refund
- ✓Key has not been redeemed or activated
- ✓Requested within 14 days of purchase (EU consumer rights)
- ✓Key is defective or already used (verified by our support)
- ✓Wrong region key delivered (e.g., EU instead of Global)
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗Key has already been redeemed or activated
- ✗Change of mind after key delivery
- ✗Game does not meet personal expectations
- ✗Platform compatibility issues (check requirements before buying)
To request a refund, contact our support at info@cheapgamekeys.gg with your order number and reason. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
