Refund Policy

Overview

At CheapGameKeys.gg, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the digital nature of game keys, our refund policy has specific conditions to prevent abuse while still protecting legitimate customers.

Eligible for Refund

• Invalid or non-working keys: If the key you received is invalid, already used, or does not work, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
• Wrong product delivered: If you receive a different product than what you ordered.
• Key not delivered: If you did not receive your key within 24 hours of purchase and our support cannot resolve the issue.

Not Eligible for Refund

• Keys that have been successfully redeemed/activated
• Change of mind after viewing the key
• Purchasing the wrong edition (Standard vs Deluxe, etc.)
• Regional restrictions - please check key region before purchase
• Keys revealed more than 7 days ago without a reported issue

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number in the subject line
3. Describe the issue with your key
4. If the key is invalid, provide a screenshot of the error message

We aim to process all refund requests within 48 hours.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

• Crypto payments: Refunded to your wallet in the original cryptocurrency or as store credit (your choice)
• Card payments: Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days
